Registration
What time do I need to arrive?

Registration is open 7AM – 7:45AM. The sooner you arrive, the sooner you can register, enjoy a continental breakfast, and get the seating you prefer for the Keynote at 8AM.

What do I need to bring to the Summit?

Make sure you have your Realtor license number for class registrations.

What do I get as a VIP?

Please refer to our VIP Benefits Page!

How do I know if I am a VIP?

You will receive an email of congratulations. If you did not make the first 75, you will receive an email letting you know that as well.

What about food?

You will enjoy a continental breakfast, coffee, etc. starting at 7AM. Also, enjoy a buffet lunch at noon and appetizers & drinks at the After-Party (You have a free drink ticket in your badge holder; VIPs, you have TWO!).

Will there be door prizes?

Of course! Drawings will be held at lunch and during the After-Party. You must be present to win. Watch for updates on this sites and via email to see some of our exciting prizes.

How will know when the Summit is almost sold out?

We send emails and will post status on our websites (e.g., Hurry, there are only 25 Summit tickets left!, etc.)

Classes
Are classes CE approved?

Yes.

How many hours of CE can I receive at the Summit?

Up to 6 CE.

Do I have to worry about taking a class I’ve already taken?

No, all classes are brand new, created specifically for the Summit!

How do I register for specific classes?

As you enter the class of your choice, a classroom monitor will hand you a perforated registration card. Find your seat, fill in your name and license number, and at the end of class, return the completed form to the monitor, keeping the stub for your records. (NOTE: If your real estate license number is incorrect on the registration card you complete before each class, you will not receive CE credit for the class.)

How are classes scheduled?

There are 4 simultaneous tracks. Watch for class details to be posted on this site soon so you can arrive with an idea as to which classes you’d like to attend. You may move among tracks and attend any class until it reaches capacity, when you will be able to choose another class and/or track.

How will I find the classrooms?
Printed Schedule: You will receive a printed schedule at registration.
Conference App: As the event draws near, a conference app will be available for download via this website.
Signage: Each of 4 classrooms has digital signage at the door posting the schedule for that room. Additionally, oversized banners outside each classroom will identify the 4 tracks.

Venue Layout on this Website: The 4 classrooms are conveniently lined up along the West Concourse corridor, identified on the map on this site at the VENUE tab as Meeting Rooms 300 A-D.
